Subscription Terms

1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of any paid subscription services, premium features, or other subscription-based content offered through Smart Printer - Print & Scan. By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
The App may offer subscription plans with different billing periods, including weekly and annual plans. The product analysis identifies subscription product IDs including ep_weekly_l_f_20260612, ep_weekly_i_f_20260612, and ep_annually_i_20260612.
The applicable subscription price, billing cycle, trial period, promotional offer, subscription benefits, and other purchase details will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. Prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, promotional offers, platform pricing policies, and app store settings.
3. Premium Services
Premium Services may include advanced or increased printing, scanning, document handling, productivity, history, export, or other features clearly displayed in the App or on the purchase screen. Premium Services may change over time. We will make reasonable efforts not to materially reduce core paid benefits during an active subscription period without notice where required by law or platform rules.
4. Billing and Payment
Subscription purchases are processed through the billing platform of the applicable app marketplace.
4.1 Apple App Store
For iOS or other Apple platforms, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase unless otherwise stated by Apple.
4.2 Google Play Store
For Android or other Google Play-supported platforms, payment is charged to your Google Account according to Google Play billing rules unless otherwise stated by Google.
We do not collect, process, or store your full payment card information.
5. Auto-Renewal
Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period or another period shown by the platform.
Your Apple Account or Google Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period according to the platform's rules.
6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
The App may offer free trials, introductory offers, promotional prices, offer codes, or other limited-time subscription offers. If available, the duration, price, renewal terms, and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase.
Unless cancelled before the end of the free trial or promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription and your Apple Account or Google Account will be charged according to the displayed terms.
7. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store subscription settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period unless the platform provides a different deadline.
Uninstalling or deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
7.1 For iOS Users
To manage or cancel your subscription, open the Settings app, tap your Apple ID, select Subscriptions, choose Smart Printer - Print & Scan, and tap Cancel Subscription where available. You may also refer to Apple Support for current instructions.
7.2 For Android Users
To manage or cancel your subscription, open Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, select Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, choose Smart Printer - Print & Scan, and tap Cancel subscription where available. You may also refer to Google Play Help for current instructions.
8. Access After Cancellation
If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to access Premium Services until the end of the current paid subscription period unless otherwise stated by the platform or required by law. After expiration, access may be limited, removed, or converted to the free version of the App.
9. Restore Purchases
If you previously purchased a subscription but Premium Services are not available, you may use the restore purchases feature where supported or contact support. Restoration reinstates valid, active subscriptions or purchases associated with the same Apple Account or Google Account used for the original purchase.
10. Refund Policy
Refund requests are generally handled by the platform through which the purchase was made.
10.1 Apple App Store
Apple App Store refund requests should be submitted directly to Apple. Approval, timing, and eligibility are determined by Apple's policies.
10.2 Google Play Store
Google Play refund requests are subject to Google's refund policies and applicable platform rules. In certain circumstances permitted by applicable law or platform policies, refunds may also be processed or assisted by us.
11. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change from time to time. Where required by law or platform rules, you will be notified before price changes take effect. Depending on the platform, you may need to agree to the new price to continue the subscription.
12. Plan Changes
If you upgrade, downgrade, or switch subscription plans, timing, billing adjustment, proration, access changes, and renewal date are handled by the applicable app marketplace according to its rules.
13. Taxes
Subscription prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your country, region, platform, and app store settings. The applicable app marketplace may calculate, collect, and remit taxes where required.
14. Subscription Verification
To provide Premium Services and prevent unauthorized access, the App may use Apple, Google, and subscription-related service components to verify subscription status and validity. Verification is used for entitlement, restore access, fraud prevention, billing troubleshooting, analytics, and service delivery.
15. Platform Control
Apple and Google control billing, payment authorization, renewal, cancellation, refund handling, tax handling, and certain subscription management functions for purchases made through their platforms. We generally cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf unless the relevant platform provides a developer tool that allows us to do so.
16. No Transfer
Subscriptions are generally associated with the Apple Account or Google Account used for purchase and may not be transferred to another account, platform, or user unless permitted by the applicable platform.
17. Changes to Premium Services and Terms
We may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue certain Premium Services from time to time. We may also update these Subscription Terms. The latest version will be made available within the App, on our website, or through other appropriate channels.
