Subscription Terms

1. Android Subscription Status

Smart Printer - Print & Scan currently does not provide subscriptions, paid digital features, or premium membership services in the Android version distributed through Google Play. You do not need to pay a subscription fee to use the currently available Android features.

The App is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Any subscription or paid feature that may be introduced in the future will also be available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

2. No Current Google Play Billing Integration

The current Android version should not ask you to buy a subscription, restore a paid plan, manage paid access status, or provide payment information inside the App. We do not collect full payment card numbers, bank account details, Google Account passwords, or other payment credentials.

3. Future Paid Features

If the Android version offers subscriptions, paid digital features, premium tools, usage limit changes, or other paid benefits in the future:

• The App will display the subscription name, price, billing period, renewal rules, benefits, trial or promotional terms, cancellation method, and refund information before purchase.
• Purchases for digital content, app functionality, or subscriptions distributed through Google Play will use Google Play Billing unless Google Play policy expressly permits another method.
• Subscription management, cancellation, renewal, refund handling, and payment processing will be handled through Google Play or the applicable marketplace.
• We will update these Subscription Terms, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Google Play Data Safety disclosures, store text, and in-app purchase screens before or when those paid features become available.

4. No Bypass of Google Play Billing

For the Google Play distributed version, the App will not direct users to bypass Google Play Billing for paid digital content, app functionality, or subscriptions unless applicable Google Play policy expressly permits it.

5. If You See a Payment Request

If you see a subscription or payment request that is not clearly provided through Google Play or an approved marketplace flow, do not complete the payment and contact us for support.

6. Relationship With Other Terms

These Subscription Terms are part of the Terms of Service. Because the current Android version does not provide subscriptions or paid digital features, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the currently available free Android features.
